They distribute the external forces placed on the feet evenly across the sole in order to protect areas of concern and prevent injury.
At Tweed Valley Podiatry we offer both prefabricated and customised orthotics to accommodate your every need.
The materials used can range from soft to hard depending on the requirements of the individual.
